While I am still considering which city to invest in, I will like to get your opinion about Jacksonville, FL vs Atlanta, GA. If I am going to invest in the South East, those are the two cities I am considering.

@Account Closed I'm not experienced with the Jacksonville market but I can confidently say there are a surplus of investment opportunities (SFR and multi-units) in Atlanta. Inside the perimeter is saturated however there are pockets that are appreciating.
