Wholesale Documents/what to send to buyer

Hi I'm Terrance and I'm new to the industry. I have a few questions. Is the wholesale calculator the proposal I send to the potential buyer/ rehaber? Also where is a good place to get the purchase agreement and assignment contracts? I have had trouble trying to find them on the site.
