New investor in Baltimore, MD looking for contractor leads

Hello: I am planning to invest in Baltimore in/around the following zip codes 21216, 21215, 21217 and 21218. I have financing set up and  a realtor that I'm working with.  I have been browsing/taking notes about properties on Realtor.com.  I am looking to rehab and rent so I'm looking for contractors with experience doing rehabs in the above areas.  Thanks

    My contractors name is Terrance.   Give him a call.  He will come out and have an estimate ready with in 24 hours.

    @Ernest N Belser this is not always the case but most established contractors are not going to come give you estimates on properties you are not at least under contract on.  Good luck
