Top ten real estate investing books for beginners?!

Trying to read everything and anything I can to gain the knowledge needed. Any help in where to look in books? So far real estate related I own “how to invest in real estate by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner.

Second Nakia's recommendation on Rich Dad Poor Dad. My personal favorites are Loopholes of Real Estate by Garrett Sutton, Esq. and The Complete Guide to Real Estate Finance for Investment Properties.

    Reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" completely change the way I think about money. I think it's a must read.

    All great suggestions.  I would add one book I would deem crucial to your success or lack thereof as an Investor. It's called The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. It will help show you if you have the necessary daily habits that will ensure your success.  You can be the most educated person in the industry but if your habits or systems suck... you will too.  I learned this in my early years because I sucked.  Identify and form Revenue Generating daily habits in business and personal growth habits in personal... it'll explode your success in this industry, or anything for that matter.  This book helped me form those habits.  Read it, love it, do it.  Good luck!

    @David Masciangelo I purchased this book recently and am trying to put what’s I’ve learned into practice now. A couple setbacks but still trying to change bad habits. Thank you

    @Soh Tanaka thank you. Awhile back I read this book and still have it. I’m reading it again after seeing so many suggestions and through time it speaks to me differently. Thank you
