Trying to read everything and anything I can to gain the knowledge needed. Any help in where to look in books? So far real estate related I own “how to invest in real estate by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner.

Second Nakia's recommendation on Rich Dad Poor Dad. My personal favorites are Loopholes of Real Estate by Garrett Sutton, Esq. and The Complete Guide to Real Estate Finance for Investment Properties.
