Try looking into the Short term Rental forums. Although I haven't seen much about corporate rentals I know that niche falls under the short term rental umbrella.

Hello Blair. Are you looking to setup a SFR or Multi-family property to rent out to Corporate Execs coming to the area? I have property in High Point, NC in which I rent out on Airbnb throughout the year. Only because High Point is the Furniture capital of the US and buyers come to this small town 2x\year and pay higher than normal rents to be close to Furniture market. So Airbnb would be an avenue to use as executive rental source. Charlotte and RDU are great areas and should generate good rental income - if this is your goal. Tell me more...
Thank you for sharing! That's good to hear. I have some friends who own SFR and rent them out to companies and businesses, who have clients that need places to stay. They have them in Miami and Dallas. I just was trying to figure out if there was anyone that was doing it in NC and how profitable it is for them. But that's great to hear about your property. I'm originally from there and I'm familiar with High Point. Also great to know that Airbnb has been profitable for you as well. I will keep that in mind!
