How do you present an investment proposal when the proposed property would likely be sold before you had time to present it? Can you present an ideal market as the target investment?
@Joe Villeneuve I am looking to pitch a fix n flip to potential investors/partners. The target property will likely be sold before I can present the offer. I need a good deal to pitch but good deals dont last. Can you pitch a target market as a standard of practice?

I still don't understand the question. What do you mean by, "can you pitch a target market".?
