Investing in Real Estate exactly at the Wrong time:)

Sometimes I Hate When I am Right Wow just how I mentioned just a few days ago, about easing back in Investing in Property of any kind until the opportunity presents it self. The world's economy is so over valued that you don't have to be a financial guru to understand that property prices will soon go down the toilet buying low and selling high later. This reminds me of the Stock Market idiots saying "Buy on the Dips" only to get slaughtered as they did today. So be my guess and invest in Real Estate of any kind at these ridiculous over inflated prices and lose your *** doing it. I watched a genius yesterday on the Bigger Pockets Podcast show yesterday and he said he invests in higher end properties regardless of any cash flow whatsoever because he counting on the appreciation of those high end properties with the Housing Prices of today what a total idiot. He as well as many other so called Real Estate investors give intelligent Real Estate Investors a "Bad Name" We are in such a exciting transitional time in our history and anyone that can understand what is going on with Economic Cycles will be laughing all the way to the bank. That's right it stands to reason why it helps to look at the larger picture and perform a analysis on the economy and the understanding the economics is is just a guessing game believe me I study economics Wharton School of Business:)

                                                                                                                      Have a great day

So, what you just said was this.  When you buy, whenever you buy, Buy right.  How is that different than any other time?

Well it's quite simple rather than buying a rental property at these prices, it's my preference to wait out the crowds. The stock market fell like a rock today and this is just the beginning the rents for anyone's tenants are out of control but when the market corrects who will be able to afford such rents, lower the rents the larger the market for quality people. The real estate market is so simple to understand as well as any other sector of our joke of what we call a economy that you don't have to lose money at all but understand a tenants view as well. Landlords/Real Estate investors don't give any thought how they limit their market share of the quality of tenants that they have to select from. Think of the number of people here in Colorado without a formal education but anything but fracking knowledge it's the same story but just different characters. Just like today visiting Sam's Club all the sheep were lined up for gas like it's never going to be this low again most of them are old people too. I love Bigger Pockets it's about time someone came up with a Calculator to do the analysis on any property just as we do on Fencing & Decking on our site. Have a great profitable day and don't be so greedy. Treat all people with respect

Wow, maybe attended Wharton but not a clue as to how the world works.
Answer this one question: Will the S&P 500 be lower or higher on March 23, 2020 than it closed today, March 9th?
