Question about downloading audiobook (managing rental properties)

I purchased the book on managing rental properties ultimate. Trying to download the audiobook now on two PC's with the same result, maybe someone can help me figure out what's going on.

As you can see in the picture, the downloaded zip file is 652,604 KB

I extract everything and get two folders, one _MACOSX and the other Managing Audiobook. When I open either of those, I only find a .DS_STORE file. My understanding is that I should have an MP3, but it's nowhere to be found. Any ideas?

    Solved the issue, in case anyone was reading this, the problem is using the right tool. I downloaded Winrar and voila, it's all there.

    Hey @Jose Matuk, thanks for reaching out! Sorry for an inconvenience this may have caused you.

    After some investigation, we've found that this has something to do with extracting the zip file on Windows. Rather than double-clicking to open the zip file, could you right click and select "Extract all"? This has worked in the past for others.
