Hi All I wanted to get some tips if possible on how to meet investors to offer our services to remodel their "flips" I am located in California any suggestions would be great.

@NA Garner In addition, start going to the local real estate investment club meetings and meet ups. Let people know what you want to do and investors will flock to you. Offer to give estimates and be the "go to" guy and you'll find no shortage of people that want to work with you.

Welcome to BP... You have NO idea how many people have been looking for someone like you! haha!

To help new BP'ers find what and who they're looking for, I recommend 4 things:

1. complete your BP profile - be as detailed and specific as possible when mentioning your goals and your company's services. Add pictures, videos, links, contact information, etc.

2. use the 'search' function to find topics, areas and people of interest. Get answers to your questions and find people using this function!

3. Set up 'keyword' alerts so that you can receive notifications once a topic or area of interest in mentioned in one of the forums. Its a great way to stay current!

4. Check out the Events tab at the top to find local meet ups around you.
