Should try to sell for sale by owner on zillow?
Got a house under contract 3 days ago, the seller was trying to sell it on Zillow. So, I will list the house on Craigslist, and other websites in order to get it sold. So my question is...
Do I have to tell the seller to remove his house for sale by owner on zillow in order for me to post it on Zillow as well? I dont really know how zillow works or if it allows duplicates.
