If you buy or control the property with the right terms & the area zoning allows that use you can make it profitable. I like land where I can put a mobile home on it & sell it as a package.

@Nathan Bowden Most definitely! Though it's best to buy it already developed if you can get a good deal. Unless developing is something you're interested in, it's best to stay away unless you have the time, money, and resources to do it. Best of luck!
