Buying my first rental property in memphis

Hi All,

I decided to buy my first rental property in memphis and already under a contract for a property in 38128 zip. I am going with turnkeyinvest.com. anybody have experience working with them? any feedback?. any suggestions or important things to look out for?

You should do your own research and not necessarily just trust their numbers and inspections blindly.  Keep in mind that just because something may look good on paper doesn't mean it will be a great investment in reality.  You really need to know the overall market and know why you want to invest there and hopefully you have visited as well.
