First Time Real Estate Investor looking for guidance.
Hi everyone, this is my first post here on BiggerPockets and I am looking for some tips on where I should start off in the world of real estate investing. From what I have read it seems like BRRRR is a popular investment strategy and if anyone has some insight on it I would love to hear more about it. Some background information on myself, I just graduated college with a degree in accounting and I am fortunate to have received a gift of $150,000 cash from my parents to start an investment portfolio. I will be working a 9-5 job but I plan on doing real estate full time in the future. I look forward to learning more about real estate investing and am open ears to all strategies out there.
