Hi everyone my name is Stephanie! I am new to real estate and was wondering if there are any other fellow Michigan real estate investors around willing to share some stories or advise? I have been looking all over the state and I’m honestly not sure if there are areas that I should stay away from. Thank you for your time!

A lot of real estate meetups have turned to some form of virtual meeting since Covide, I would suggest checking out meetup.com and looking for REI groups. Easy way to start making connections and touching different areas of the state.
