Need Advice on Potential First Deal
Hi BP Community,
I'm looking into a deal where I would be the money partner. I've only had one conversation with the person who has the deal. He seems legit and seems like he's been investing for quite some time. What would you do to vet this person? I don't want to be scammed out of cash. I appreciate the help!
