Are there any forum for finding investors online or a community that will answer questions during this pandemic? I've been looking for online resource to chat with other real estate investors and biggerpockets is the best I've come across.
BiggerPockets is the best you will come across. Dig in a bit more. You'll be surprised how deep and how wide the resources are on here. If you can think of a question, it's been answered in the forums.
And you'll find plenty of your hometown investors regularly interacting here.
Perhaps the question behind the question you're asking here is, "Where do I build rapport with other investors so I can begin to gain trust and share in deals?"
Luckily you can build rapport and trust right here as well, though it takes time. Post, comment, interact, search for locals, REIAs, meetups and get involved.
For Omaha, where I live, we also have a great facebook group that focuses specifically on our area. You likely have something similar for your area.
