1. Sign up and pay for real estate classes
2. Take real estate classes
3. Study material given by instructors
4. Take school test and pass
5. Take state and national tests and pass
6. Hang your license with a broker
If you want to learn to how become a good agent, work with a good brokerage that can provide training, mentoring and allow you to work with a team to learns the ins and outs of real estate.
