At the moment right now I am just loaded with questions and lost on how to properly start my real estate investing journey. How can I network or what are some tips when it comes to networking in my local area? What would you recommend a newbie to do?

I joined the Brew City REI club on Facebook and they have been a huge help! My first meet up went very well and everyone was extremely inviting. Find Rebecca Knox on here if you havent already. Marcus Auerbach and his team at Keller Williams are great if you're looking for an agent.

As someone else mentioned, definitely join the Brew City REI Club Facebook group. They host an event every month. Milwaukee REIA is another great group for networking.

There are lots of virtual networking events happening virtually in the REI world. Alternatively, I co-host a monthly multifamily event in the Waukesha area (WI Apartment Investor Meetup). We will have the October event posted soon! You have the right idea by diving into the networking scene. Connections are key in real estate.

@Alexjovann Guzman get on the phones!!!! Google and call and repeat. Identify what you are looking for and call your potential partners. Let them know who you are, what you are trying to achieve and see if there is an opportunity there. Facebook groups for Milwaukee REI are also helpful. All the best.
