I am a Berks county, Reading, PA native. I feel like my first time house hacking in a new area entirely would be a smart choice financially. I want to stay near SE PA. I am becoming overwhelmed trying to pick a new area and hoping that a triplex will pop up in my price range. SUCCESS STORIES NEEDED PLEASE.
Planning on doing it. I have no responsibilities, and wouldn't mind meeting a new place. however, since I'm recently starting, I'm not very good at analyzing deals and assessing cities or neighboorhoods. So I'm reading books to gather knowledge and see what is better.
