Hello, I'm looking to make connections with some folk out in Asheville that can help me identify some potential investment properties. Specifically small SFH or MFH I can BRRRR. Looking on CL and Zillow, there doesn't appear to be a whole lot of inventory. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong areas?
Likewise, if any fellow investors can recommend any general contractors, that would be super. My sister lives out there and has nothing but horror stories.
HI @Angelo Pompeo you are not looking in the wrong area, there simply is not a lot of inventory. And things move brisk once they are listed. The contractor situation is just as tough, most are busy which is great for them, but it makes it hard to get on their calendar so to speak. And especially hard when they are being asked to bid jobs that they may or may not ever do.

@Angelo Pompeo - I am an investor and agent in the area and happy to chat anytime. As Matt said, inventory is definitely low. Potential BRRRR deals are typically gone within the first day on market. I would also advise you to check out CREIA. Its a great resource to meet other investors as well.
