Hey just want to introduce my self as a new member. I'm 25 and want to pick up duplex as my first property so I can use fha loan and live in one side. please let me know if you have any advice.

    Wyatt, I am pretty new to BP as well and also have big dreams. I think your idea is a GREAT one. I wish I would have been able to do that for my first property.

    Starting off with a duplex is a great way to go, and many others have done the same (including my godson).
