How to get started in wholesaling in Kansas City area?
I’m interested in getting involved with real estate wholesaling. I’m just having a difficult time finding where to start.

Find owners that'll sell especially in hot areas(cold call, drive for dollars, etc). Go on local FB groups to build your buyers lists( Winvestors, Bridge, etc). Find a local attorney to draw you up a contract to use for every deal. Then build your business on being honest and scale up.
