Creating a Business Plan for Real Estate Investing

Hi, I have been searching for a place to ask questions and get feedback on writing a business plan. I personally am great with ideas and the vision of a company but can't seem to put those ideas on paper and struggle with the appropriate wording. Is there anybody that would be willing to share their business plan or be willing to review others?
