The question pose today is who is your go to lender in Arizona ( neighbouring Phoenix) . I am on a journey to my first long term buy and hold rental property through house hack and live in flip, analyzing deals daily and the whole shabang . After finishing Brandon turners rental property guide I鈥檓 ready to take the first steps and I鈥檇 love to talk to a lender about my situation and overall goal. Karen Moon with Fairway is my go to lender out here in the Phoenix area. She works with investors and always has great options. I don't think I can post her contact on this forum, but if you google her name and Phoenix, you should find her

@Jordan Moore Hey Jordan, as an agent in Phoenix I鈥檝e worked with a few lenders and my go to is Fairway Independent Mortgage. Great turn around time and they always close the deal. I work with two people there, Lonnie and Sandy. Let me know if you would like to be connected or need help searching for investment properties
