Hello BP community! My wife and I recently purchased a 10 unit apartment building. This our first multi family property, everything we’ve owned up to this point were single family fix and flips or duplexes. We are looking for some good advice on how to structure ourselves as we move towards our next steps in our portfolio, and transition our real estate investing from a side hustle to our main source of income.
