Hello,

I am interested in getting into the creative side of real estate and want to get into SUBJECT TO DEALS. Any risks I should be aware of?

Also, what books can one recommend to start learning SUBJECT TO DEALS? I have plenty of time on my hands as of this month, and want to learn as much as possible before delving into it?
