How are you guys im gearing up to do my first fix and flip in January just wanna know what are the top booming cities for fix uppers no rentals in New Jersey.
Congrats on making the decision to get into real estate flipping. Given NJ is so large, it's impossible to give you some cities without more information. Where are you located, what is your budget, desired level of rehab, etc.?

the best city is the one you know the most people in. as you grow you can compete with other flippers, but honestly in the beginning you'll have a rough time buying when other flippers are buying.
off market is your main thing to look for. Driving for dollars and door knocking is how you'll get your first deal.
