Does anyone have any experience with using any online lead generation services offered by various marketing companies. I am talking about the sites that offer potential customers the ability to search the MLS system as you automatically gather the contact information. Some example of the companies I am talking about is http://boomtownroi.com/
I know an agent in my area that users this service and he is pretty successful. I am looking for potential competing companies.

Phillip. I'm no familiar with that vendor but I'm skeptical of any pay per lead service. Check out mikeferry.com, one of the great realtor trainers. He teaches how to prospect and close leads.
A BP member, Blair Halver, has started a service that does all your mailings and you pay for the leads that they generate. I'm giving it a try b/c I realized at the end of 2012 that I had to delegate the tasks associated with putting together mailings. It's rather time consuming and takes me away from other things I need to do.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post the website url, it might be considered promotion, though I have no financial interest in the business. But you might be able to dig it up by running a BP search on his name.
Did you ever take his course, and if so, how has it panned out? I’m curious as a new guy and just learned about his course and all the other transactional ways of making a living in real estate.
@Philip Accardo I use a similar system called KVCore. It is very well organized and easy to use. Potential customers can search the local MLS using it and they can send them automated market reports.
