No seasoning Cash out Refi needed

Hi BP community! I am in need of someone that can help me with a DSCR or related product, that offers no seasoning period for a home thats in dayton Ohio 45417 thats valued at approx 140k. I do not intend to rehab the property. Just very small minor cosmetic touches. If you can help me with this, lets do some business. Personal FICO score is 800+. This is for a long term rental property.

    Hey Jordan!

    We do have a no-seasoning cash out option. Terms are a bit worse frankly because of it, but if it's helpful to look at feel free to reach out. Biggest concern is your loan amount, required $125k loan amount at 75 LTV. If you could wait 90 days then we have an option with no minimum loan amount for DSCR.

    if you want north of 9 or even 10% you can do a no seasoning cash out but if you can wait at least 90 days you would be in a lot better of a position

    As long as you can show $10k in renovations you should be able to qualify for a no seasoning cash out refi.

    @Jordan Fair Reading between the lines, I am sensing you buying the property in cash and need to pull the cash-out. That's called a Delayed Cash-out refi, as long the cash was all yours. Many options to be able to do that.

    No seasoning is no problem. Can get 75 ltv. Rates are 6-7% for a 30 yr DSCR.
