Possible/Lender scams/hard money loans
Has anyone ever heard of Funding Co Holding, LLC, was In need of hard money loan due to unqualified docs, attempting to purchase potential property with extremely great ROI. My business plan show great returns and because of that I was approved, but my gut is telling me it's to good to be true, can someone help?
