Fix and flip water in basement
My husband and I are putting in an offer on a 1960s ranch home with a basement.
Mostly cosmetic upgrades needed 85k purchase 150k ARV.
Our only concern is the basement did have standing water in the corners of the basement.
How would you go about fixing that?
Our plan of attack is currently to replace all of the windows and seal the block foundation. Would any of you have a better idea on what we should do?
