New to doing this so any help is appreciated. Do you enter the bedroom, bathroom and square footage of the combined units or should you separate each one and input as its own individual property?
I would enter the bedroom, bathroom, and Sqft of the combined units, or the entire property.
When you get to the rental income section, make sure to add the gross monthly income of the entire property as well to properly determine your analysis.
