Hello and Happy New Year!

In an effort to eliminate the repetitive questions in the forums, we're starting a new forum, the FAQ Forum.

These questions are valid concerns, such as Should I get my Real Estate License? and How do I find Cash Buyers?

We've got some really great answers to these questions, and I'd like to consolidate them all into one place.

So first, I'm going to ask what these most frequently asked questions are, then I'm going to ask you to answer them one last time. The best of the best answers will be featured at the top of the forum thread for each question.

OK, hit me. What are the questions - across all forums - do you see asked most frequently?

    I'll admit that I am new here so maybe there have been discussions of blatantly illegal activity.   But I have read a lot of forum posts and haven't seen this.

    The example you gave and many things fall in a grey area. I totally agree that discussion around these types of issues is a good thing in the community.

    @Mindy Jensen

    This is a great idea.

    Is there any discussion about being able to tag posts as "helpful"/"not helpful" like many other (usually support) forums do?  We have the vote system for users here, but it would be great to vote up certain posts as well.  These could then be channeled into the FAQ.

    For example, this (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/83/topics/102...) is a very good thread, but veers off topic near the end.  Try searching for "due on sale" and it shows over 10,000 forum results!  How would I ever find this very useful information on the site?

    If a few of these most helpful posts got voted up maybe finding them in the future would be easier?

    I just see a ton of great information here that is getting lost and repeated as the site grows.  I don't know if the moderators/editors will be able to keep up with a simple FAQ.  Maybe the FAQ could point to the best posts (not threads--which can be many pages) on the site.

    Thanks
