Greetings! I am here as a new wholesaler/investor from Boston, MA.
I've read through the forums and I am inspired by many of the success stories found on these forums.
Currently, I've read through J Scott and Brandon Turner's books; Good resources and lays the foundation quite well.
I'm aware of the pitfalls many newcomers fall into, and with the tight market I'm sure it's not the easiest of paths.
