New to BiggerPockets, what forum is for wholesale deals

I'm new to BiggerPockets, I have a property under contract that I would like to try to wholesale. Is there a specific forum for wholesale deals, or does it go under properties, and if so is the wholesaler considered the owner or the agent?

It might be the one titled Make Deals, Find Partners, Mentors & BirdDogs, etc.

    You can list your property here, if you look towards the top, you'll see tabs. One says properties.

    Also, I believe there is a specific thread placement for those as well but dunno what to tell ya on that front.

    Go to your "Dashboard" page. Then scroll down a bit until you see the "Marketplace" section. Pick the best fit under there. NOTE: You will have had to submit 10 posts minimum before posts are allowed there.
