Does anyone know if the books by J. Scott, published by BiggerPockets, "The Book on Flipping Houses", and "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" are on Audiobook anywhere?
I would be interested in that also, Travel time I have, down time I don't
53 SFR, Full time Sales job, volunteer fire dept, greenhouse and organic gardening. (quiet time) also great place to listen to audio books. That is how I started in real estate, still listening to old ones now, hear something different every time I listen to them.
I find it irksome that all the BP books are not on audible yet, at that is where all my all my REI books are. Except 1, a paperback copy of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" given to me by a family friend/mentor.
Finally broke down and bought the note investing book on audiobook. Still haven't listened to it because its on a zip file and not convenient enough to give a listen to it yet.
