Finding a lender out of state

Hey everyone!  I'm trying to find a lender for my out of state rental. Ive had it for about a year and a half. Im ready to refinance and start the brrrr method!  Wanted to ask if anyone knows of some good lenders around Homosassa, Florida. Please let me know, Id really appreciate it!
