Hey everyone! I'm trying to find a lender for my out of state rental. Ive had it for about a year and a half. Im ready to refinance and start the brrrr method! Wanted to ask if anyone knows of some good lenders around Homosassa, Florida. Please let me know, Id really appreciate it!

There are banks that will lend to out of state investors, although they are usually more wary of it. I would ask the REIA there if they have any leads, or people investing in the market you are in on BP. You could also look into some of those national lenders like Lima One or A10 Capital, although they are a bit more expensive.
