I've got to say I was a bit surprised when this popped up into my Facebook feed today.

A BiggerPockets interview with an OnlyFans star turned real estate investor isn't something I expected to see. 

Is this a sign that BiggerPockets is turning a corner and becoming a more edgy brand in it's old age?

From the traction on the BiggerPockets Facebook post, it looks like this content is getting an above average amount of exposure for the podcast.
