Hi I’m hoping to set up a few calls to discuss the over all trends in the rv park and glamping industry from ownership to investing. 
I was recently selected as a founder to be apart of the REI & Founded Outdoors Embark program to help me create a scalable niche rv park.

The program designed to fuel new and aspiring outdoor entrepreneurs from Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities by offering the resources and guidance to turn early-stage ideas into viable businesses.

I’ve been doing lots of customer interviews for the program and now doing industry interviews.

A little bit about our company. 
We had a successful soft launch in 2022 and our first full season begins in May.

Boheme Retreats is developing inclusive camping spaces featuring vintage campers and we’re celebrating diversity around the campfire.

Our company is creating new ways for city folks to immerse themselves in nature.

We are providing unique ways to escape by refining the traditional rv park. “We transform crappy rv parks and make them amazing,”

Our goal is take distressed rv park assets in regional and metropolitian markets and filled them with renovated vintage campers from the 60’s and 70’s.

We’re basically developing the nostalgic version of an autocamp.
