First timer looking to learn MHP from the best

Hi all - Long time reader of this forum, but have never posted. I am interested in jumping into the world of MHP investing and am eager to get started. I have a business operations and sales/marketing background and would love the opportunity to co-invest with some veterans in hopes to better learn the industry. I have started to identify some potential properties and run financial evaluations on them as well. 

Not looking for a handout - just want to invest and learn!
