how terrible to build a RV park close to freight train track?

Question

Plan to buy a piece land with a lot tree and quiet country setting to build a RV park. Unfortunately the left side is close to freight train track and right side is close to power line. Freight trains could come 2 -3 times during the nights. It may be a terrible idea to build a RV park on this land. what you guys think?

Noise can definitely be an issue and a turnoff for many people. Could limit the type of clientele it attracts. Hope this helps!

True. However I saw a lots RV parks built on edge of Interstate. I wonder why constant Interstate noise not bother the RVers.

Sounds like a bad idea. Most RVers (myself included) are not looking for noise, we're looking for peace and quiet.
