Tiny Home people looking for land to rent on in California?

Hello!

My mom has owned some land North of Lancaster in between Sequoia Nat’l Park & the Angeles National Forest in California City in California for quite some time now. Zoning Regulations on it is a single family. I want to help her find tiny homes that want to rent it out. Or in the future get a container/tiny home built there to eventually do an airbnb rental of some sort.

Any step by step tips or ideas on how we should go about this?

A tiny house building company from Arizona has been messaging me about wanting to possibly find people that need land to rent on top of. So far just trying to figure out what I can help my mom with on this. Thanks in advance!
