Property touch-up for townhouse in Lincoln Park, Chicago

Hey BiggerPockets crew! I really want to buy this townhouse in Lincoln Park area in Chicago, I am absolutely in love with it! It needs some touch-up but I'm trying to understand the first place to start for going about the job. Anyone who's done similar work in the area? Please holler, would love to sync up. Coffee/drinks are on me!
