Anyone have any opinions on the investment opportunities raising out of Bentonville Arkansa?  From some research I've done there is positive population growth and their medium household income is above the national avg.  Also, Walmart is building a mega corporate location there as well as it being noted as one of the best outdoor bike riding locations in the country. Any investors can provide some info as to how the market is there currently?

Sounds like you've been listening to On The Market or maybe following Henry Washington! He's a great investor.

If you haven't heard the On The Market Podcast I would definitely check it out. I think in a previous episode he talks about it as well but Henry goes over a deal in Arkansas near the Walmart development in Episode 9. Could give you some good guidance.

Above all else, I would continue to do research (due diligence) and maybe connect with an agent or two out there to see what htey can tell you about what they're seeing in the market.

Good luck! Can't wait to hear how this progresses for you
