Just seeing if everyone wants to meet up again in Portland, Oregon like we did in March. It would be good to get some more investors, wholesalers, contractors and for thoughts who couldn't make it the first time. Maybe a place we could meet for a couple hours. I would be interested in a meet up in Portland. If it is in eve, after 6pm I could host at our commercial building's conference room. (It is close to downtown in Williams Vancouver Corridor) I myself am particularly interested in meeting fellow investors who flip, wholesale and purchase multifamily, and always networking and meeting fellow investors.
I'm up in Seattle now, but moving down to Portland next month to join a commercial real estate firm down there (can't say who yet, signing my deal this week). I'll still be licensed up here, but Portland will be my new home base. I grew up in Lake Oswego, so I'm still looking for fixers down there or in West Linn to get into this summer. I have a multifamily specialty and also generate leads for my single family rehab clients as they come in as well. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
