Hi
I am new in this business and wanted to know if there is a software that finds houses to flip for you? The flipping formula people were trying to sell me into their inner circle and speak of this software if you pay this large fee to join 15-25k that it comes with it and gets you started right away.
yes I agree with you I have come to that conclusion since reading comments on this site, I was just curious if their was a software that helps with finding the properties. I have not seen any mention of such a program on here. Thanks for your time

I've been around the block for a bit so let me take a stab at this $15k-$25k software. It's from Fortune Builders, right? If I were you, I'd take Ellis' suggestion. If you don't, you'd be $15k-$25k poorer with a useless piece of software that you couldn't sell on EBay for $15-$25. Talking about EBay, maybe you can buy this software from on Ebay for $15-$25 from the previous victim.

There is no such software in existence. The only way to find the deals you are seeking is old fashioned marketing. I have a software that shows me distressed properties i.e. pre-foreclosures and reo's. However, it doesn't flip the properties for me. You need motivated sellers and cash buyers, plain and simple.
its funny you did this post because just yesterday I decided to listen in on a webinar that I heard once before from the "clever investor" guru. I already knew the pitch as I had heard it about 6 months before. I remembered that there was some good tips that I wanted to cherry pick from. So I extracted the things I liked and was about to log off but I wanted to see what the price was this time. 6 months ago on sale for $997. Yesterday same exact pitch and software $197. Its obvious that people have started to wise up and realize that the days of paying $1000 for "flipping software" are done. Maybe if we wait another 6 months it will be $97. Now that might be a better deal.

Go on line and you will find plenty of free sites, Zillow, Trulia, Hud, and Home Path to list a few. Save your money for investing and advertising and nites out. Food for thought
@Mike Garofalo I would have to say the best way is wholesalers. They are looking to sell and looking for deals. Get in touch with a couple a let them know what and where are you looking for. It's a win win situation.
