Liar Kris Thomas Land Flipping 101 is a Fraud!!!

Land Flipping 101 by Kris Thomas: SCAMGuys, Kris Thomas and Jessie Griffin of Land Flipping 101 are FRAUDS and SCAMMERS. I have been in the $30,000 50/50 split of 3 deals course 6 months (actually just got kicked out for starting to tell others what I have experienced) - haven’t given me a refund either even though I’m blocked. I created a FB page and a YOUTUBE channel where I started (have more) receipts to prove they are only out to get your money. They JUST STARTED flipping land themselves in 2021 and now they’re experts? Check their website lucky dog land deals. As of today 12/2/2023 they have 34 TOTAL closed deals. They act like they’ve been doing this forever they are such frauds.

Sorry to hear this. No clue who they are. For others reading this some things to consider

1. Always always always research who the guru is and how much experience they are in advance

2. Get referrals and have them put in writing their experience

3. No training is worth $30k in any real estate course.

4. Use BiggerPockets to learn more about the guru

Hopefully others can learn about this and all training courses. Even those that have a cult following, most do nothing and get referrals

    @Kris Thomas oh I just noticed you said I’m trying to get you to pay me to take down the posts. 😂 I’ve never asked you to pay me to take down the posts. You have sent me BRIBES since December and had some Cali attorney call to threaten me. If you recall and as I have email proof showing I told you I WILL NOT GIVE UP MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH for your money. I’ve asked for you to refund me for the course because you kicked me out of it. No worries - my new Florida attorney will be reaching out soon. We’ll go from there. But if you plan to spew more lies here I will continue to call you out.

    I have a friend with 250,000 followers who uses her vast network as influence to fight injustice. So far in 2023 and 2024 the group is 7-0 including giving the Alamo the worst defeat since Santa Ana.

    @Kris Thomas and everyone else. Here are receipts. I never tried to get her to pay me anything to remove my fact based, evidence supported review of her course. She’s been trying to bribe me for 2 months. I’ve told her NO. I’ve told her attorney NO. I am more than willing to discuss anything they feel is not supported in evidence as I stated over 2 months ago. I have not received anything from anyone with specifics outlining anything specific I wrote that they feel is not supported. AGAIN, please email me with specifics you feel are not evidence based and I’m more than happy to review. I have no intention of writing anything false either accidentally or purposely. I have researched everything I have wrote. As such, kindly send an email outlining anything you feel is not correct.

    @Nate Marshall oh I understand. I’m just interested - no expectations. I have a group I started to expose these types of online “courses” but haven’t got it up and running yet. It’s an upcoming project. Sure! If you want to message me on FB I’ll meet you over there. Thank you.

    $7,500 is a partial refund?  How much does this service cost?

    And yeah, asking for assignment of a deal is a very strange settlement term.

     I have seen for my own eyes now what this scammer has threatened people with. Kris Thomas is a fraud.

    i went to her website.. most of the how to flip home guru's have been shut down by the FTC for claiming 30k profits 50k profits like she is doing..  Her pitch while MLM all the way is simply not realistic in the real world and unfortunately where people make these monetary decisions based on what they find on u tube or internet this will continue on and on and on.

    Its like the guy who charges 10k to join and you have to split profits up to 500k.. all people focus on is the 500k and the 250k they are going to make which of course is rare to the extreme. the guru makes his money on the 10k and could care less about the trailing income. I mean how are they going to track the trailing income unless they are on title with you.. you simply dont pay them LOL

     I think it is more like $75,000.00 to join her "scam".
