Greetings, Bigger Pockets family

I am looking for leads on reputable, bridge loan vendors. I'm looking for vendors that can offer 80% to 90% of ARV and up to 100% of rehab/construction costs.

Questions:
1 are there any vendors that people in the community would strongly recommend for a newer investor like myself?

2 I am looking at the following companies, including:  Backflip and Finance of America and KIAVI. 

Feedback on any of the above is highly appreciated!

    Hi Bruce, there are a ton of hard money bridge lenders out there like the ones you mentioned. The terms you are seeking are more or less dependent on your experience with bridge loans and renovations. Have you ever credit-qualified or sponsored a bridge loan before?

    Hi Devon. Thanks for getting back to me. This would be my first bridge loan. I do have two properties in my portfolio that I did extensive rehab on already.

    If you have any referrals of good quality companies, please let me know

    Check out Scotsman guide for lenders and AAPL

    Issue you are gonna have is none are offering 90 / 100 in todays environment.
