    Hi Greg - that's great! I definitely agree with @Joe Homs about attending some local meetups. There are quite a few in Orange County! @Joel Bongco would love to meet up with you all for coffee as well! I live about 30 minutes from Spectrum - always great to connect with others in the real estate world.
