Buying turnkey with repaired foundation in Texas

Hello BP Community,

I am looking at  a turnkey property in the DFW area. There has been a considerable amount of foundation work done (addition for piers, leveling, etc). Is this common problem in older homes in Texas?

Do experienced investors steer clear of such properties?
